Welcome to MatchTouch.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the MatchTouch mobile application, website, services, features, subscriptions, communication tools, matchmaking services, location-based services, coaching services directory, and all related functionality.
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using MatchTouch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
MatchTouch is a sports matchmaking platform designed to connect tennis players, padel players, tennis coaches, and padel coaches.
The platform allows users to discover nearby players and coaches, view profiles, communicate through approved messaging systems, schedule training sessions, arrange matches, purchase premium subscriptions, and access premium platform features.
MatchTouch acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates introductions and connections between users. MatchTouch is not a sports club, training facility, coaching provider, tournament organizer, employer, agency, or representative of any user.
MatchTouch is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for, access, or use the platform. Any person under 18 years old is prohibited from creating an account or using MatchTouch.
MatchTouch reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account suspected of belonging to a minor. Proof of age may be requested where permitted by applicable law.
While MatchTouch is intended for adults, it is not intended for sexually explicit content, pornography, escort services, prostitution, or adult entertainment activities.
Users may create an account by providing accurate registration information, which may include name, email address, country, language, gender, role, age, tennis rating, padel rating, photos, profile description, and additional optional profile information.
You agree that all information submitted is accurate, current, truthful, and not misleading. Users may not create fake profiles, use false identities, misrepresent age, misrepresent skill level, misrepresent coaching qualifications, or misrepresent location.
You are solely responsible for maintaining account security, protecting your password, protecting your login credentials, and all activities performed under your account. MatchTouch is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Users may upload profile photos, personal descriptions, sports preferences, languages, coaching information, experience levels, interests, and additional profile details.
Users are solely responsible for all information they publish. MatchTouch does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, reliability, or validity of profile information submitted by users.
MatchTouch is designed to connect players and coaches. MatchTouch does not provide coaching services, training programs, coach certification, coach qualification verification, coaching quality guarantees, coaching outcome guarantees, or sports performance improvement guarantees.
Any agreement between player and player, player and coach, or coach and coach is solely between those individuals. MatchTouch is not a party to such agreements.
Users may choose to meet in person after connecting through MatchTouch. Such meetings are entirely voluntary.
Users acknowledge that MatchTouch does not supervise meetings, monitor offline interactions, provide security services, or guarantee user conduct. All meetings occur entirely at the users' own risk.
MatchTouch does not perform criminal background checks, sex offender checks, identity verification checks, employment verification, education verification, or coaching certification verification.
MatchTouch makes no representations regarding the character, reputation, conduct, criminal history, or coaching qualifications of any user. Users are solely responsible for exercising caution when interacting with others.
Users are encouraged to meet in public places, inform friends or family of meeting plans, use caution when sharing personal information, and report suspicious behavior.
MatchTouch is not responsible for assault, harassment, theft, fraud, injury, property damage, criminal conduct, or emotional distress arising from interactions between users.
MatchTouch may provide tools allowing users to report accounts, report messages, report misconduct, and block users.
MatchTouch reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.
MatchTouch may offer premium subscription plans under the My Ace subscription program.

MatchTouch reserves the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, replace, or discontinue subscription benefits or plans at any time.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for reviewing subscription details before purchase.
Subscription pricing, features, and benefits may change at MatchTouch's discretion. MatchTouch may introduce new subscription plans or discontinue existing plans at any time.
For Android users, subscription purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Users acknowledge that Google Play manages subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods.
MatchTouch does not process payment card information directly. Users must manage their subscriptions through their Google Play account settings.
Users may cancel their subscriptions through Google Play settings at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically entitle users to refunds for previously billed subscription periods.
Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law, required by Google Play policies, or approved by Google Play.
MatchTouch does not guarantee refunds for unused subscription periods, unused features, or user inactivity.
MatchTouch may offer Travel Mode functionality. Travel Mode allows users to change their visible location within the platform.
MatchTouch does not guarantee match availability, user availability, accuracy of location information, or success of connections made through Travel Mode.
Certain subscription plans may include Incognito Mode. Incognito Mode may allow users to control profile visibility.
MatchTouch does not guarantee complete anonymity or invisibility and is not liable for technical limitations affecting profile visibility.
MatchTouch may use GPS, device location services, network data, or user-provided location information. Users acknowledge that location data may be inaccurate, GPS calculations may vary, distance calculations are estimates, and nearby user suggestions may not always be exact.
MatchTouch is not responsible for errors in location calculations or matching recommendations.
Users may submit content including photos, messages, profile information, ratings, reviews, comments, descriptions, and sports information.
Users retain responsibility for all submitted content and represent that they have the right to upload all content they submit.
Users may upload profile images. By uploading images, users represent that the image belongs to them or they have permission to use it, the image does not violate intellectual property rights, and the image does not violate privacy rights.
MatchTouch reserves the right to remove photos that violate these Terms.
MatchTouch may provide communication tools between matched users. Users may not use messaging features to harass others, threaten others, spam users, scam users, solicit illegal activity, send explicit sexual content, distribute malware, or collect personal information unlawfully.
Users are solely responsible for messages they send.
Users may rate coaches, players, or services where available. Ratings represent personal opinions of users.
MatchTouch does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, completeness, or truthfulness of ratings or reviews.
Users may not engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, hate speech, discrimination, racism, fraud, scams, identity theft, impersonation, catfishing, blackmail, extortion, money laundering, illegal gambling, drug distribution, human trafficking, prostitution, promotion of violence, terrorist activities, or distribution of illegal materials.
Any such activity may result in immediate account termination.
MatchTouch maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation, child abuse, grooming, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, trafficking involving minors, and solicitation of minors.
Any suspected violations may be reported to relevant authorities. MatchTouch reserves the right to immediately remove content and permanently terminate accounts involved in such activities.
Users may not engage in sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, sharing explicit sexual content, coercion, threats involving sexual conduct, or non-consensual content sharing.
Violations may result in permanent account termination.
Users may not solicit money under false pretenses, operate scams, misrepresent identity, misrepresent qualifications, misrepresent coaching certifications, request payments fraudulently, or use MatchTouch for deceptive purposes.
MatchTouch reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and terminate accounts involved in fraud.
Users may not create fake profiles, use stolen photos, pretend to be another person, misrepresent their identity, or operate multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
Accounts involved in impersonation may be permanently removed.
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface elements, features, source code, databases, and materials available through MatchTouch are owned by MatchTouch or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, license, or exploit any portion of the platform without prior written permission.
If you believe that content on MatchTouch infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint to matchtouch1@gmail.com.
Your complaint should include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement made in good faith. MatchTouch reserves the right to remove content that may infringe intellectual property rights.
MatchTouch may integrate, rely upon, or link to third-party services including but not limited to Google Play, Firebase, Google Maps, Google Analytics, hosting providers, cloud services, payment providers, and email services.
MatchTouch is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, downtime, or errors. Users acknowledge that use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
MatchTouch uses Firebase and related Google services for functionality including authentication, data storage, database services, notifications, analytics, and security.
Users acknowledge that certain information may be processed through Google infrastructure according to Google's policies.
MatchTouch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
MatchTouch does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure at all times, available at all times, free of bugs, or free of technical issues.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party failures, or events beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchTouch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
MatchTouch makes no guarantees regarding match success, relationship success, coaching success, sports performance improvement, user behavior, or user identity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchTouch shall not be liable for personal injuries, physical injuries, property damage, financial losses, emotional distress, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, coaching disputes, user disputes, fraud, harassment, assault, theft, criminal conduct, offline meetings, sporting injuries, padel injuries, or tennis injuries arising directly or indirectly from the use of the platform.
Users assume full responsibility for their participation in activities arranged through MatchTouch.
Participation in tennis, padel, coaching sessions, training sessions, and sporting activities involves inherent risks.
Users acknowledge that participation may result in injury, illness, physical harm, or property damage. MatchTouch is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from sports activities arranged through the platform.
Coaches using MatchTouch are independent users. MatchTouch does not employ coaches, supervise coaches, certify coaches, guarantee coaching quality, or guarantee coaching outcomes.
Users engage coaches entirely at their own risk.
Users are solely responsible for their actions, communications, meetings, profile information, transactions, training arrangements, and coaching arrangements.
Users assume all risks associated with use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MatchTouch, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, legal fees, or demands arising from your use of the platform, your content, your conduct, your violations of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
MatchTouch shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet failures, power outages, technical failures, pandemics, or labor disputes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to MatchTouch shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
Users agree to attempt informal resolution of disputes before initiating legal proceedings whenever reasonably possible.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between MatchTouch and its users regarding use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the platform.
MatchTouch reserves the right to modify, update, replace, expand, or remove any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Users may be notified of significant changes through the mobile application, email, website notices, or other communication channels. Continued use of MatchTouch after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
